These two fine young recruits were at Edinburgh in the latter half of 1965. We believe the bloke on the left is Des Politch but we're not able to recall the bloke's name on the right, though we do believe he was ex-PMG and was reasonably good on the pokies. Note the bedrolls, the webbing, the layout of the gear, and of course, the "Stand by your beds" routine. Wasn't rookies just one great big bunch of fun??

Can anyone help with some details, where did these blokes end up, bases, mustering etc and where are they today??

This is 77 Sqn headquarters in Kimpo in Korea in 1951.
